Land, Sea and Sky: Paintings by David Stanley

The clouds in Margate change quickly, making interesting skies. Along with the area's good light, they inspire David Stanley's paintings, which his new selection is presenting during May 2021.

David trained as a graphic designer and worked as a book designer in London before he retired and moved to Margate seven years ago. He has been painting seriously for about 10 years and since retirement he has more free time to enjoy other outlets for his creativity.

Entry is free. Covid-control measures are in place. Westgate Galleria is open Mondays to Saturdays, 10am to 5pm.

Some of the work on display will be available for sale, and there will be opportunities to meet with and talk to David in the Galleria on the afternoons of May 20th and June 5th (2 to 3.30pm).
