Shopping with a personal touch

If you can’t get to our Galleries and online shopping isn’t your thing we offer a personal shopping service. If you drop us an email we will arrange a convenient time to contact you. We will discuss your needs, budget, the person or space you are buying for, and help you select from our galleries some pieces to suit. We can send you photos or videos, or if you have time, and with the assistance of video link via WhatsApp, FaceTime or another agreed service, we can take you round the Galleries with live streams. We will process the card transaction over the phone and arrange either local delivery, collection from one of the Galleries, or dispatch to anywhere in the UK or overseas (post and packaging costs apply).

Sometimes you might just need some help, or you may have further questions about something you have seen in our online store. We are here to assist. Just contact us.
