Hire our spaces
We offer dedicated and well-equipped spaces to meet the needs of those who want to run workshops, provide small group and individual training and wellbeing sessions, and hold meetings and interviews.
The gallery spaces can also be rented, out of opening hours, to provide flexible venues for book launches, readings, workshops, training and those special events when you need to be inspired by the beautiful pieces which surround you. You will also be able to offer your attendees a unique viewing and shopping experience when you book our spaces, as we provide a dedicated retail experience for your attendees.
A dedicated room on the lower floor of Westgate Galleria which is well lit and has two covered wipe-clean tables and different type of chairs. Will seat 8-10 people for a workshop/meeting, also suitable for one-to-one training, wellbeing sessions and tuition. There is hard flooring. The space is quiet and private. It is accessed via one flight of stairs which has handrails. The toilet facilities are on the same floor as this room.
Rates
Monday to Saturday, 10am - 5pm: £15 per hour (£80 per day)
Evenings, 5pm to 9pm: £20 per hour
Sundays, 10am - 5pm: £20 per hour (£100 per day)
This hire fee applies to small independent businesses, individuals, charities and community groups.
It includes guest WiFi access, whiteboard, first aid kit, promotion through our usual channels (if wished), facilities to make hot and cold drinks, and preferential rates for further hospitality from local suppliers.
If you book this space during the evenings or on a Sunday a private shopping experience in the Westgate Galleria can also be arranged for your workshop/meeting participants.
The hirer is responsible for holding the appropriate insurance for the activity they are running, for conducting a risk assessment if necessary, and for ensuring the space is left in the good clean safe condition it is found in, ready for use by the next hirer.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment with a signed booking form in advance.

Space 2
A unique and inspirational experience can be had with our table and chairs set up in the rear of the Galleria amongst the wonderful creations of our artists, makers and creatives. Will seat 5-7 people for a workshop/meeting. The toilet facilities are accessed down one flight of stairs with handrails.
